We learn about your current setup and where you want to go, you ask us anything, and we both decide if it makes sense. No pressure.

Get contracted

If it is a fit, we get you contracted with our carriers. Any release or transfer terms with your current upline are governed by your own contracts, so confirm those on your side, and we will walk through how onboarding works here.

Onboard and plug in

We set you up on the systems, leads, and tools and get you oriented fast, since you already know how to sell.

Ramp and grow

Start writing, get coached, and build at the pace you want, including an agency-building path if that is a goal.

Is this W2 or 1099?+
It is a 1099 independent contractor role. You run your own schedule and you are responsible for your own taxes and licensing costs. Income is commission-based and not guaranteed.
Do I need experience?+
No. Most people on the team came from other careers. What matters more is whether you will be coachable and put in the reps. We provide the training.
How long until I'm licensed?+
Most people license within a few weeks, depending on your state and how fast you study. We guide you through the exam and the application.
How much can I make?+
We will not put a number on this page, because it would not be honest. Earnings are commission-based and depend on your effort, your skill, and the time you give it. We will talk through realistic expectations in the interview.
What's the catch?+
No catch, but it is real work. It is commission, you pay for your own license, and not everyone sticks with it. We would rather you know that now than feel misled later.

What are your contract levels and comp?+
We go through the actual numbers with you in the conversation. We do not post comp on a public page, and we will not play games with it. Income is commission-based and not guaranteed.
What leads do you offer, and what do they cost?+
We are transparent about our lead programs and their cost up front. We would rather you know the real economics than be surprised later.
Can I keep or transfer my existing business?+
Your existing book and any obligations with your current upline or IMO are governed by your contracts with them, so confirm your release and transfer terms on your side first. We are happy to walk through how things work here.
Is this captive or independent?+
1099 independent, writing through multiple A-rated carriers. You are running your own business with our platform behind you.
Do renewals and residuals vest?+
Yes they do.
What's the catch?+
No catch, but it is still commission and still work. What we bring is better leads, comp, and mentorship, not a magic button. If anyone promises you that, walk away.
